Priory Farm has three lakes set in stunning surroundings:
Hogtrough (4.2 acres) which was established in 2000 and is now fishing really well. Some of the carp are touching on 30lb. It is also stocked with bream, tench, crucian carp and perch.
Priory Lake (2.5 acres) was built by the Victorians and is set in parkland, well protected by mature trees. The water is between 3 – 4 ft deep with two islands and is ideal for individual fishing. There are plenty of carp and good crucian carp, roach, rudd and perch.
Hungerford Lake (2 acres) produces phenomenal individual weights caught in a day – 200lbs plus – and is now well established. It is stocked with carp, roach and crucian carp and is between 4 – 8 ft deep with one island.
