Description:
Abbey Gold Cheese produce by hand two hard pasteurised cheeses, one cheddar style cow and one continental style ewes milk and two pasteurised blue veined cheeses, one Roquefort style ewe and one Danish blue style cow.. Each cheese weighs between two and three kilos in weight. The hard cheeses are finished in a wax type coating and the blue cheeses are covered with Dark blue foil. All cows milk is sourced locally.
