We are a small craft bakery producing handmade sweet and savoury biscuits, traditional cakes, traybakes and cookies. We are passionate about sourcing ingredients locally and our products all contain locally sourced butter, milk and eggs. Our savoury biscuits contain locally made cheeses and all our products are made with organic flour. We are also developing a range of gluten free cakes to complement our existing selection of gluten free biscuits. Our products are available in farm shops and fine food stores across the South East with a small range being carried by Budgens stores in East and West Sussex. We also sell direct at farmers markets in Kent, East & West Sussex, Surrey and south London.
