Footprints
WELCOME to some of the best country walking in England and the people who can help you enjoy it to the full. SUSSEX is a rural county just 60 miles southwest of London. Its coastal resorts of Brighton, Worthing & Bognor Regis are well known and very popular. But just a few miles inland the beautiful South Downs lead you up and over into an altogether different and secret world… Footprints of sussex was formed in 1985 by a small group of country walkers who wanted to share their love and knowledge of the Sussex countryside with other people. The group began simply by leading Sunday morning walks along their favourite trails. Weekend walks followed, allowing longer trails to be explored and it wasn't long before we took our first group along the South Downs Way National Trail. Today we are the leading walking activity company in Sussex.
