Description:
One of the biggest events in Nutley during 2008 is Open Gardens which is taking place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May between 1- 6pm.
For just £5 you can visit 16 Gardens throughout the village as many times as you like over the whole weekend.
The tickets include a detailed programme with maps and descriptions of all the gardens.
But, that’s not all!
There will be also be two large plant sales, home-baked bread, a marquee bursting with home-made cakes, jams & chutneys, together with cream teas and a special garden raffle at the primary school.
And, there will be a minibus travelling between the gardens throughout the two days to save your legs!
Tickets are available prior to the event at all Horticultural Society meetings or from Wendy Blake (713997)
On the weekend of 17/18 tickets will only be available from outside the Nutley Social Club (just off A22 in centre of Nutley Village, well-signed) - so to save queuing and start wherever you like in the village, buy your tickets in advance.
